Train the team.
Know every player.
Strength training for your team at Rise City, built on the same kind of testing technology used by professional teams. Testing is part of the program all season, so you can see how your players are changing and the program can change with them.

One team. Every kid measured.
Testing all season
Players are tested on VALD at the combine and again throughout the season. We track the same measures over time, so progress is something you can see, not something we tell you.
A profile on every player
Every player leaves the combine with their own numbers. Coaches work from real data, not the team average.
A report you can use
Every month you receive a report showing how your players are progressing, so you can see what the program is doing as it runs. CONFIRM · A team-level summary for the coach as well.
One program, one experience
The whole team follows the same general program, so every player gets the same session and the team trains as one group.
The program in the app
The team program is available in BridgeAthletic, the app used by pro and college strength staffs. CONFIRM · Team-wide access is possible and what it costs.
Fits your week
Sessions run at Rise City, where many teams already practise, and are scheduled around your team’s calendar. CONFIRM · Available days and times.
The same tests. All season.
VALD makes the testing technology used by professional teams, colleges and sports-medicine clinics worldwide. We test the same measures again and again, so changes in your players’ numbers are real and comparable.
ForceDecks (force plates)
Measures how much force a player produces, how fast, and how evenly between the left and right leg during jumps and balance tests.
DynaMo (handheld tester)
Measures the strength of the shoulder, hip, groin, hamstring and grip, and joint range of motion, comparing one side to the other.
SmartSpeed (timing gates)
Measures sprint speed, acceleration and change of direction to the hundredth of a second.
BlazePod (reaction training)
CONFIRM · Measures reaction time and quickness. Confirm before including.
Testing is built into regular sessions, so tracking does not take a separate day each time. CONFIRM · Testing frequency and which tools are used at each check.
Someone is always watching the numbers.

Start together. Track the whole way.
Team combine
Your whole team comes in for a VALD testing day. Every player leaves with a profile of their own numbers.
Start together
The team begins with a general program built around the fundamentals. Same exercises, same session, same experience for every player.
Test along the way
We repeat the same measures with ForceDecks, DynaMo and the speed gates throughout the season, so we can see what is changing.
Monthly report
You get a report on how your players are progressing. It shows what the program is doing and supports any changes we make.
Priced per player. Because every player is measured.
Every player gets their own test and their own profile, and their numbers are tracked all season. That is why we price per player, not per team. A flat team price would charge the same for a roster of 11 and a roster of 19, and it would treat every kid as one line item. Per-player pricing means you only pay for the athletes in the room, and every one of them is measured.

The things coaches ask.
How often are players tested?
Testing is built into the program, so the same measures are tracked all season. CONFIRM · Testing frequency.
Will it get in the way of our practice schedule?
No. We schedule your sessions around your team’s calendar. CONFIRM · Available days and times.
Will the kids be lifting heavy?
Not at the start. Everyone begins with the fundamentals, and the program changes as the monthly reports show it should.
What do I do as the coach?
Show up and let us run the session. You get the monthly reports and a clear picture of where your players stand.
Who sees our players' data?
Testing and training data stays with the performance team and is kept separate from clinic records. It is shared with you and each player’s family. CONFIRM · Have a privacy lawyer confirm this wording.
