       Benefits Of Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a type of treatment in which a trained and certified professional manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin — using varying degrees of pressure and movement.

As professionals, massage therapists are experts at providing therapy for:

  • Reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension
  • Improving circulation, energy and alertness
  • Lowering heart rate and blood pressure
  • Improving immune function
  • Reducing stress and increasing relaxation.
